Our company is founded in 2007, based on Shuang Sheng Plastic Mould Co. Ltd’s rich experiences of mold making and Zhe Jiang Huang Yan Jiao Keng Chemical Company’s rich experiences in chemical additives production. With advanced processing equipment, it greatly improves the product quality and productivity.
Our company has a qualified, professional and dedicated work team. by making full use of modern CAD/DAM design, CMM flexible scanners, 9 automatic computer operation SMC hydraulic machines which has a tonnage from 500 tons to 2,500 tons, we have reached the annual production capacity about 5,000 tons of sheets. According to output plan of the products, the length of the development cycle, the budget of mould costs, through advanced formula and sheet production technology, by taking RTM or using hand lay-up process , we can provide a flexible and diverse programmes to satisfy the needs of various customers. Advanced machines automatically drilling, cutting and viscose process enable us to greatly enhance the processing efficiency and the quality of the complex of finished products; advanced testing equipment provides the necessary conditions for the daily quality testing and the development of new products; all these greatly improve the quality of production. In Shan Sheng, stringent quality testing mechanism has deepen into every aspect of the production: design, procurement, production process, packaging, transport…
